I'm having issues submitting or responding to my Help Desk ticket. When I click on the "Provide More Info" button, the "I Still Need Help" button, or "My Issue is Resolved" button, nothing happens.

Internet Explorer has some known compatibility issues with the Help Desk. Other browsers such as Chrome or Firefox usually have no issues. In order to resolve this issue, make sure that compatibility mode is set for Internet Explorer and that https://ithelpdesk.kctcs.edu/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=8190 and https://bbcrm.edusupportcenter.com are added.

Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools, then click on Compatibility View Settings. Add those two sites to the list and make sure the following settings are selected:

Close the window and then close your browser window and reopen it so the changes will take effect. If you have Internet Explorer set to delete browser history upon exit, you will need to turn that functionality off as it also deletes any compatibility settings as well.
