What do I do when I receive this error? "Cannot change current or history records unless in Correction mode" when attempting to make a change to a record in Add/Update a Person.

Make sure you are using the Add a New Row functionality to make the change and that you have checked the Include History checkbox if it is available.  If you are still unable to make the needed changes, contact the help desk.
